Led by dancer and choreographer Perlizbeth De Leon, each class breaks down foundational grooves, musicality, and choreography in an encouraging, step-by-step format.
Whether you're brand new to dance or returning after time away, you'll leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and creatively recharged.
